WandeRest is a service design project focused on improving walkability for seniors aged 65+ in urban environments. The service helps seniors locate nearby rest spaces, making walking safer and more enjoyable. This project was developed through user research, ideation, and testing, with insights gathered from seniors and businesses.​

AIRA x CHASE ACCESSIBILITY RESEARCH
The Aira Visual Interpreting app research project focused on improving the in-branch and ATM experiences for JPMorgan Chase's blind and low-vision customers. Through the Branch Innovation Lab, we explored how assistive technology could address accessibility issues, enhance customer interactions, and increase inclusivity in banking.

NEW YORK INTERNATIONAL CHILDREN'S FILM FESTIVAL
Through user-centered research and strategic design thinking, Carol-Anne Ryce-Paul and her team led the UX design for the International Children's Film Festival website and app redesign, creating an engaging and intuitive experience for children and their families. CUNY x GROW WITH GOOGLE HACKATHON
Carol-Anne Ryce-Paul's team won the CUNY Grow with Google Hackathon with their Student Accessibility App. Designed for educational settings, the app included intuitive navigation, personalized support tools, and seamless integration with learning platforms.
